Everybody wants us to feel like home
I have always dreamt about visiting England. Last year I decided to organize a tour to English school with my students. I tried to find some groups in VK social site and at least I accidently got an information on https://vk.com/eflstudy. They quickly contacted me and were always to help me during our tour organization. Julia and Svetlana are real professionals, because they tried to solve any situation while we were getting ready with different kinds of papers.
While in Britain I understood that my dream came true! Everything was organized perfectly. The host family Sara and Terry are a pretty wonderful people, they are very welcoming and are sure about the worries of quests, that’s why they supported all the time. Sara and Terry let me be like at home, I could make tea or coffee myself any time I wanted, Terry is a good cook, his dinners were absolutely fantastic. The room where I live was quite comfortable, I had my own bathroom. In the evenings I could have chats with them watching TV or stay in my room having rest.
In the day I studied at Bury Language School together with people who study English to improve it. The teachers were very interesting and organized lessons using different ways of teaching. It was not hard for me at all but I learned new sources of teaching English that I would use with my pupils. The teachers also recommended some students books that can be necessary for me. I’m very thankful for their extensive care. The staff at school is also very helpful and attentive to us. Everybody wants us to feel like home.
The children’s teacher Laurence is a good qualified person who can motivate children with different level. The children liked his lessons and excursions in the city Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. We wish they were longer.
